Ltd was established in 1996 and specialises in the manufacture and supply of high quality Crusher wear parts in Manganese Steel, High Chrome Iron and Alloy Steel, along with various internal components such as bronze bushings and liners, as well as ancillary parts utilised in the Mining and Aggregate producing Industries.
Over the years Hansteel has developed and diversified its wear parts to suit an expanded range of equipment to include concrete/asphalt mixers and pavers, SAG/ball mills, apron feeders, and slurry pumps.
This product diversity allows Hansteel the opportunity of servicing the different requirements of its expanding customer base.

Hansteel has the capacity to produce castings as small as 1kg by means of the Lost Wax Process through to 16,000kgs manganese steel castings, as well as bronze castings with a mass of up to 2,500kgs.
We supply Mechanical parts such as upper and lower frame castings, swing jaw stock castings and jaw main frames with a mass of up to 40 000kgs.
Our forging facility can produce from spin-forging crushing rolls and gears, to main shafts, weighing up to 50,000kgs.
Hansteel takes the worry out of purchasing castings from China.  Out of the thousands of foundries in China, Hansteel has selected a dozen of the highest quality as its suppliers. Our selection process includes auditing and site visits, trial orders, extensive production monitoring, independent inspections (Properties, Metallography, NDTs [UT, PT, MPI and RT] and Dimension inspection. In order to meet our quality requirements, all our foundries are ISO 9000 certified.
Hansteel employs its own inspectors who are based at the foundries. They monitor the entire production process and inspect all products prior to shipment. Hansteel’s own inspection team works side by side with the various foundries’ inspection/quality departments to ensure that our strict quality standards are maintained for every single item we produce.
