Since establishment in 1996, Hansteel has become a major supplier of Crusher wear parts. Our wear parts are known for their guaranteed outstanding performance and are widely accepted by original equipment manufacturers, major mining houses and aggregate producing companies worldwide.

Hansteel has in excess of 8000 wear part patterns to fit the world’s most popular crushers. Our patterns cover jaw crushers, cone crushers, gyratory crushers, roll crushers, hammer crushers, horizontal shaft impactors and vertical shaft impactors. No matter what your requirements are, Hansteel probably already has existing patterns for the wear parts.

Depending on the application & our clients requirements we offer a range of manganese steel wear parts including Mn13%, Mn18% and Mn22% all with or without chrome & / or molybdenum additions. All manganese liners supplied by Hansteel Industries are made to our own internal material specifications which are for more stringent than “standard” foundry material specifications.

Our premium high strength alloy steel (H30) has proved to be an excellent choice for Gyratory concave segments and other applications for lower impact and highly abrasive feeds.

We also offer high chrome iron castings for various horizontal or vertical shaft impactor.
