Our high quality structural crusher components such as main frames, jaw stocks, top-shells, bottom shells, adjustment rings, eccentrics, pinion shaft housings, etc. are accepted as the new quality standard by our clients including leading Crusher manufacturers, our dealer network & end users (mines & quarries).

The complete production process is controlled by Hansteel’s Engineering & on site Quality Assurance (QA) team.

Our quality team carries out inspections in conjunction with & independently of the foundries inspection teams for all Hansteel supplied items ensuring our strict QA procedures are followed & verified.

Every casting is produced with a unique “ID” number ensuring that our independent quality reports are completed for each individual item. These extensive reports are available to the client upon request.

In order to provide a complete “One Stop” service to our clients we have selected & approved a range of high quality factories for the various products our customers require to enhance the mechanical parts that we supply. The range includes the bronze bushings, the forgings for shafts, gears and sleeves even down to simple bolts & nuts. All produced & tested to Hansteel’s high quality standards.
